I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ootel. Com. The staff were attentive and gracious, always ready to assist. The location was convenient, being close to metro stations and nearby amenities, making it easy for me to explore Berlin.

I had a difficult stay at Ootel. The location offered good access to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. the room left much to be desired. The cleanliness was poor. I found stains on the bedding, and there were no towels provided. The lack of functioning elevators was a big inconvenience, especially with my luggage. It was frustrating that the heating didn’t work properly. I felt uncomfortably cold during the night. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when I raised these issues. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt neglected and uninviting. I wish there had been better maintenance and attention to detail since the potential for a nice stay was there with the location.

The bed was very comfortable, hot water was available all the time, and the reception provided helpful tips for sightseeing. A budget-friendly stay that's perfect for families.

We explored a nearby environmental center that had great nature tours, perfect for my kids to learn about the environment. The property also provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy some outdoor time.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the environmental education center to learn about nature and also relived the legendary football World Cup final. The large property offered plenty of space for relaxation, and we enjoyed captivating shows at the Columbia Theater.

We encountered some issues with the heating in our room which made it quite uncomfortable during the night.
